We have a wide variety of tours to select from including our Lake Skyline Paddle, Chicago River Architecture Tour, Fireworks Paddle, City Lights Night Paddle and Sunset on the River. Your tour begins with an orientation, teaching you the paddle strokes, safety and rules of the water you need to feel comfortable and be safe on the water. Come out and see Chicago from a whole new perspective!
Kayak, SUP and Electric Boat Rentals
As Chicago’s original kayak and paddleboard outfitter, our company has been guiding the strokes of paddlers of all levels and abilities since 1999. Kayak Chicago is your post for paddling adventure at our Chicago River, North Avenue beach, and Montrose beach locations. Reservations are never needed, we have the largest fleet of rental boats & standup paddleboards in the midwest. All rentals are prorated after the first hour, so you only pay for the time you are out.
You can also explore the Chicago River with the power and ease of an electric craig cat! This side by side catamaran lets you cruise at a relaxing pace while enjoying the company of your partner. Built in stereo, super comfy seats, sun shade bimini top and storage for personal items, make this river experience like no other! These super stable craig cats float over the water, giving you an un-obstructed view of the river and the canyons of glass and steel.
