Welcome to yarnify! We believe there are three kinds of people in the world: knitters, crocheters, and people who haven’t learned yet! Regardless of which group(s) you belong to, our wool and yarn store’s knowledgeable and passionate staff members are eager to help you take your creative works to a new level.

We offer a wealth of yarns, craft tools, books, magazines and notions. You'll be amazed at our selection of fibers and blends (wool, cotton, linen and synthetics, of course, but also alpaca, silk, cashmere, and more), in every weight from lace through super-bulky. And then there’s color! Solids, tonals, multicolors, gradients, in every color and combination imaginable.

Our yarn shop is located in the historic Printers Row neighborhood of Chicago, just a short walk from the downtown office towers and Michigan Avenue. Printers Row is home to universities, shops, restaurants and nightlife, and all of that energy infuses yarnify!, where you can find people of all ages, from all walks of life, practicing a wide range of fiber arts and sharing their skills and love of yarn and crafting. If you're just getting started, or would like to learn more, we also offer classes on the art of knitting and crochet.
