The FREE 21st Annual Chicago Kids and Kites Festival takes place at Cricket Hill in Lincoln Park (Montrose Avenue and Lake Shore Drive). The City of Chicago will provide kite kits for children to build, decorate and fly, while supplies last. Other activities include face painting, balloon artists and crafts. Chicago Kite will be onsite for kite buyers, and professional kite flyers will demonstrate their skills with oversized and uniquely-shaped kites. Saturday, May 4, 10a - 4p, FREE.
