Don't miss this family-oriented holiday tradition!

The annual Wintrust Magnificent Mile Lights Festival® kicks off the 2024 holiday season on Saturday, November 23 with a day of free, family-friendly activities. The celebration begins at 11:00 a.m. with activities in Lights Festival Lane (401 N. Michigan Avenue), including a visit with Santa Claus. The Saturday evening tree-lighting parade starts at 5:30 p.m. down North Michigan Avenue led by Grand Marshals Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse from Walt Disney World® Resort. The culmination of the holiday celebration is a fireworks spectacular over the Chicago River at 7:30 p.m.

The day features fabulous floats, giant helium balloons, marching bands, celebrities, musical performances, Santa Claus, fireworks and more -- illuminating more than one million lights on The Avenue’s 200+ trees.
