National Great Rivers Museum
Located adjacent to the Melvin Price Locks and Dam on the Mississippi River, the National Great Rivers Museum is dedicated to telling the story of the Mississippi River from her grand history and cultural significance, to her ecological importance and role as a transportation corridor. The museum features numerous kid-friendly, interactive exhibits, including the simulated steering of a towboat through the locks and native river fish in the aquarium. Open daily from 9am to 5pm. Admission is FREE.
